Refund policy

14-day money-back on subscriptions

If you're not happy with a paid Liquid Clips subscription, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. There's a generous Free tier so you can try the core workflow before paying at all.

Founder (one-time)

The Founder plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks Autopilot-level access for life. It's refundable within 30 days of purchase provided it hasn't been substantially used. After that window the Founder purchase is non-refundable, since it's a lifetime unlock.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the current paid period. Renewal payments after the initial 14-day window aren't automatically refundable, but reach out if something went wrong — we're reasonable.

How to request a refund

• Email support@liquidclips.app from your account email with your order details.
• If you purchased through Whop, refunds are processed per Whop's billing terms — we'll help you sort it.
• Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of approval.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-refund cycles or fraud). Affiliate commissions and Whop Content Rewards payouts are separate and governed by their own terms.
